Wayfair is seeking a contract Campus Recruiter based at our Headquarters in Boston, MA. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on building and executing campus recruiting programs for interns, co-ops, and early-career hires.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, nurture campus partnerships, and collaborate with hiring managers and the Programs team to deliver a high-quality, efficient candidate experience. This role offers exposure to senior leaders, data-driven decision making, and the opportunity

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high-growth recruiting environment (campus/early-career preferred).
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines with quality outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from attraction to onboarding for interns, co-ops, and full-time roles.
• Develop school- and partner-specific engagement plans (career fairs, info sessions, visits).
• Build relationships with campus partners, faculty, and student organizations.
• Partner with hiring managers, interview teams, HR partners, and programs managers for a seamless process.
• Use data/market insights to track funnel health and improve conversions.
