Job summary

Korn Ferry in Boston, hybrid role, is seeking a Campus Recruiter to build a world-class University Relations and Internship program for our client, delivering high-touch candidate experiences from a home office. You will lead campus relations, design long-term strategies, and drive intern program success.

Responsibilities include partnering with steering committees, creating university pipelines, organizing events, managing onboarding, and measuring program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of university recruitment experience.
• Campus programming and engagement leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence change.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client steering committee to identify key target universities and long-term programs.
• Develop a road map to build relationships with identified universities and programs.
• Develop a strong pipeline for entry level positions and internships.
• Build relationships with students to promote the client as employer of choice.
• Organize and attend career fairs, networking events, classroom presentations and interview panels.
• Manage internship program activities and engagement throughout the internship.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and professional development workshops for interns.
• Communicate with interns, managers, and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve programs.
