Job summary

Wayfair in Boston is seeking a Campus Recruiter on a 6-month contract to drive full-cycle recruiting for interns, co-ops, and entry-level roles. This hybrid role is based at our Headquarters with a mix of in-office and Fridays work-from-home availability.

You will build campus partnerships, plan events, and collaborate with program teams to attract diverse, top talent while delivering a smooth candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in high-growth recruiting, campus or early-career preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong relationships with campus partners and external organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from attraction to onboarding for interns, co-ops, and full-time roles.
• Plan and run campus engagement events and information sessions.
• Build relationships with campus centers, faculty, and student groups.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a fair recruitment experience.
• Use data to track funnel health and improve conversion.
• Represent Wayfair on campuses and in networks.
• Support summer internship and co-op programs with program teams.
• Identify process improvements and test new attraction tactics.
