Formlabs is seeking an Early Career Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns annually and partner with teams to shape early career hiring. You will plan campus events, promote our employer brand, and manage onboarding and offboarding with People Operations.

This role is based in Somerville, MA and requires travel up to 25% during peak seasons. We value diverse candidates and provide a comprehensive benefits package including equity, health coverage, and generous parental leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, student development and/or people operations (including internship/co-op experience).
• Great communicator: can present in groups and write clearly across audiences.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to travel up to 25% during peak campus recruiting seasons and can lift up to 50lbs for events.
• Champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting and early career candidates.
• Naturally curious and quickly grasp unfamiliar technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns per year across technical and non-technical teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define early career hiring needs and drive intern-to-hire outcomes.
• Plan and attend college career fairs and campus events to promote our talent brand and convert high-potential applicants.
• Manage intern program onboarding, professional development, and offboarding, in partnership with our People Operations team.
