Job summary

Rutgers University–New Brunswick, Office of Undergraduate Admissions, seeks a Program Coordinator II to support frontline inquiries, campus program coordination, and campus tour planning. The role interacts with the One Stop, Undergraduate Enrollment Services, and the Call Center to ensure timely resolutions.

The position reports to the Senior Admissions Officer Supervisor of Campus Programs and may require some weekend or evening work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A valid driver’s license would be required for this position.
• Strong computer literacy utilizing Microsoft Office; solid judgment, organizational, planning, coordination, time management, multi-tasking and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a higher education setting and/or event planning is desirable; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles frontline customer service inquiries for Admissions Center via chat, email, phone, or walk-ins.
• Coordinates campus programs including tours, Open House, and counselor programs.
• Supports information sessions and Q&A visits for prospective students.
• Assists with application review season and cross-functional collaboration with One Stop and Call Center.
