Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience that demonstrates skills in higher education admission counseling.
• Requires good communication skills and computer literacy skills in industry standard software.
• Master's degree in a related field can be substituted for experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implement strategic recruitment efforts, application and selection processes for undergraduate students to achieve enrollment goals.
• Provides exceptional service to prospective students and families; strong public speaking is required.
• Communicates clearly with colleagues through regular and planned meetings so information is passed on accurately.
• Manage other duties as assigned and demonstrate learning ability to be effective.
