• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of two years of administrative and programmatic experience, preferably in higher education or a non‑profit organization.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with leadership, campus partners, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders to develop and enhance programs advancing student access and success.
• Leads complex projects from conception through implementation and develops project plans, timelines, and performance measures.
• Coordinates cross‑functional teams and committees and facilitates stakeholder engagement.
• Manages multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizes tasks, and aligns with divisional goals.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates programs serving first‑generation, low‑income, and underrepresented students.
• Supports grant‑funded initiatives by coordinating activities and assisting with reports and data collection.
