This role provides programmatic leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight to support student access, persistence, and post‑baccalaureate success across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of two years of administrative and programmatic experience, preferably in higher education or a non‑profit organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight for Student Access initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and performance measures.
• Collaborate with campus partners, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare annual and grant reports and assist with grant-funded initiatives.
