Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains database to record sale/issuance of parking tokens and permits.
• Issues parking assignments to patients, visitors, medical staff, and employees who park a motor vehicle on campus.
• Processes and issues photo identification badges to all employees, volunteers, students, and authorized contract employees.
• Collects fees and issues receipts for parking token purchases and citation payments as applicable.
• Maintain vehicle registration data by entering information into the database. Keep the actual form in a secure area for future reference.
• Processes billings, posts payments, and maintains records for all tenant parking accounts.
