Job summary

Qualifications

• Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students in good academic and disciplinary standing at Ohio University.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills are preferred.
• Experience facilitating group activities or programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with planning and organizing University events, such as speakers, conferences, or campus gatherings.
• Coordinates logistics, works with vendors, and manages event details to ensure smooth execution.
• Performs basic administrative tasks under supervision; entry-level exposure to workplace environments.
