Job summary

Alpha School is seeking an in-person Campus Coordinator to run the operational heartbeat of a campus. You will oversee safety, facilities, logistics, and on-site technology, coordinating with parents, students, staff, and vendors to ensure a high standard of service.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, calm decision-making under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic school environment. In‑person work at one of our campuses is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field required.
• 1 year experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar role.
• 6 months hands-on IT troubleshooting, device management, and account administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, including access control, health incidents, drills, and parent updates.
• Oversee daily campus operations: attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage student devices and campus technology; serve as on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator.
