Alpha School is expanding and seeks a hands-on Campus Coordinator to own the operational heartbeat of a bustling campus. You will handle safety, facilities, logistics, and on-site IT administration to ensure a safe, organized learning environment for students and staff.

You will coordinate communication with parents, students, and staff, oversee attendance and transport, and support new staff onboarding. This in-person role requires calm under pressure and decisive ownership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year in office coordination or facilities operations.
• At least 6 months of hands-on IT troubleshooting and account administration.
• Strong communication with parents, students and staff.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Act as main point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely communication.
• Manage campus safety operations, access control, drills, and incident documentation.
• Oversee daily campus operations: attendance, facilities coordination, transport, and logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage student devices and campus technology; serve as on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator.
