Job summary

Alpha School is hiring for a hands-on School Operations Coordinator role located on-site at one of our California campuses. You will ensure the non-academic side of the campus runs smoothly, from safety to facilities, logistics, and basic technology support.

You will act as the on-site point of contact for parents, students, and staff, coordinating safety drills, device management, onboarding, and day-to-day operations to create a trusted, well-run campus environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field required.
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination or related operations.
• At least 6 months of hands-on IT troubleshooting and device management.
• Strong communication with parents, students, and vendors.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and staff.
• Manage campus safety operations, including access control, drills, and communications.
• Oversee daily campus operations such as attendance, facilities, transportation, and logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration.
• Manage student devices and campus technology; on-site tech liaison and Google Admin.
