Job summary

Alpha School in the United States is seeking a Campus Coordinator to own the operational heartbeat of a Santa Monica campus. This hands-on, on-site role focuses on safety, facilities, logistics, and tech administration to support students, staff, and families.

You will manage communications, safety drills, attendance, onboarding, and campus devices as the primary on-site tech liaison. This is a full-time, in-person position with real ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination or facilities support.
• At least 6 months of hands-on basic IT troubleshooting, device management, and account administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for parents, students, and staff with clear, timely, professional communication.
• Manage campus safety operations including access control, health incidents, drills, documentation, and parent communication.
• Oversee daily campus operations such as attendance, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics.
• Support onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations.
• Manage student devices and campus technology as the primary on-site tech liaison.
