Job summary

The College of Southern Maryland is seeking a Director of Campus Operations to lead scheduling and event services across locations. You will manage the Scheduling Unit, ensure efficient room assignments, and collaborate with Facilities, IT, and Public Safety to maintain service standards.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Campus Operations, you will oversee a team, administer Coursedog, and drive data-driven improvements in scheduling, event execution, and revenue tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of conference scheduling, planning and/or events management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of campus events with adherence to policies and service standards.
• Direct daily operations of the Scheduling Unit and administer Coursedog.
• Track event-related revenue, fees, and cost recovery; report utilization.
• Supervise Campus Operations Coordinators and maintain service standards across campuses.
