Job summary

The College of Southern Maryland seeks a Testing Center Supervisor to oversee operations at the campus testing center, including proctoring, exams, and coordination with Pearson Vue and other vendors.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, communicate hours to faculty and students, ensure security and confidentiality, and prepare regular reports as part of the Testing Center team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; two years in a college Testing Center or exam administration.
• Proficient with standard computer use; multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Experience directing others and working without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Proctor exams, manage materials, and coordinate with outside institutions.
• Assist with campus testing center supervision; coverage evenings/weekends.
• Communicate Testing Center hours to faculty, staff and students; update webpages.
• Maintain test security and enforce ID policy; protect confidential files.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on testing center activity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
