Job summary

You will perform scheduled maintenance and special repair tasks, including carpet extraction and floor care, while adhering to safety standards and reporting equipment issues.

The role requires knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and safe operation of maintenance tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of flooring and cleaning methods.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents like ammonia, bleaches, soaps.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform seasonal cleaning projects (carpet extraction, floor stripping/waxing).
• Use equipment per design and report defects with tags.
• Follow safety regulations and complete required trainings and certifications.
• Operate and store equipment safely with proper PPE.
• Disinfect restrooms and work areas.
• Maintain clean and safe environments for customers.
