Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of flooring types and maintenance methods.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and safe handling and disposal.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors, classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Move furniture and equipment between buildings; assist events.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are on hand; maintain loading dock.
