Good Samaritan in Waconia, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks in a safe, professional manner across campus. Basic mechanical knowledge and use of hand tools, meters and gauges are essential.

You will read blueprints and technical manuals and explain conditions clearly while troubleshooting to ensure safe operations. Flexibility to work various shifts or on-call duties is required; you will align with facility policies and maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Trade school or vocational school preferred.
• Minimum Of Two Years Experience In Building Systems Preferred.
• Depending on location, a valid driver's license and a good driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks safely.
• Explain conditions clearly while troubleshooting.
• Work from blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
• Possibly perform installation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including boiler operations.
• May require on-call duties as needed.
