Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong administrative focus.
• Experience using standard office software.
• Ability to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and print orders for shipping daily, including labels and paperwork.
• Ensure outbound shipments meet carrier and customer requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
• Prioritize and distribute orders and paperwork to warehouse staff.
• Enter data for inventory updates, shipment routing, and delivery confirmations.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations including customs.
• Arrange transportation with carriers for cost-effective, timely delivery.
• Research chargeback disputes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support special projects as needed.
• Assist in the warehouse with containers, receiving, small parcel shipments, and freight shipments.
