IMG Academy seeks a bold, growth-minded Director of Lifecycle Marketing & Growth to own campus lifecycle for Boarding School, Camps, Events, Experiences and Hotel. You will drive lead generation, enrollment and revenue by crafting journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-campus experiences, partnering with Campus Marketing, Online, Hotel, and B2B leaders.

• 7+ years of marketing strategy, growth, or lifecycle experience.

• Set lifecycle strategy for Campus offerings and define audiences, channels, and growth targets.
• Own annual and multi-year Campus lifecycle marketing plan and budget.
• Lead journeys across email, SMS, app/push to drive conversions and engagement.
• Collaborate with Campus Marketing and other portfolio teams to align campaigns.
• Forecast demand with Analytics and test messaging, offers, and positioning.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Campus offerings.
