Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in student services, higher education, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide University Student Organizations on operations, budgets, leadership, events, recruitment, and compliance.
• Collaborate to create and deliver leadership development training for student leaders.
• Coordinate campus-wide events with affinity-based student organizations and planning committees.
• Develop communications, marketing plans, and outreach for student life initiatives.
• Provide fiscal oversight to budgets for programming and operations of USOs within area of operation.
• Promote inclusion and professional conduct, and serve as an accessibility point of contact for officers and members.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and assist with assessment and data collection.
• Complete other duties to support the unit as assigned.
