Qualifications

• Experience working with undergraduate and graduate students.
• Supervisory experience or previous experience working in university settings.
• Excellent professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Resident Assistants and Graduate Assistants.
• Participate in recruitment, selection, training, development, and evaluation of student staff.
• Maintain weekly staff meetings and recurring biweekly individual meetings.
• Set clear performance expectations and enforce policies.
• Oversee Living Learning Communities and promote student learning and development.
• Maintain administrative records, scheduling, and payroll for staff.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and assist in crisis situations.
