Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 2 years in student services, higher education or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Advances global learning initiatives through study abroad engagement and intercultural programming.
• Advises student leaders and collaborates across student affairs and global education partners.
• Oversees budget, purchasing, and vendor payments for student organizations and events.
• Manages the Hutton House Program and develops distinctive programming with student leaders and faculty mentors.
• Coordinates with Communications/Events and Academic Administration to schedule and execute extracurricular activities.
• Maintains the HHC events calendar and minimizes scheduling conflicts.
• Liaises with IU Housing on Hutton Honors Communities and placements.
• Manages short-term study abroad program portfolios and prepares program handbooks and reports.
• Travels internationally to support study abroad programs and ensure on-site logistics.
• Works with HIEP team to plan global learning events like fairs, culture nights and speaker series.
• Supports compliance and documentation procedures and stays current on policies.
• Cross-trains to support other areas within HHC and may serve on committees.
