Job summary

Indiana University seeks a Student Life Coordinator for the Brian D. Jellison Living Learning Center (JLLC) in Bloomington. You'll support 500+ community members, coordinate events, manage front desk operations, and liaise with campus partners to strengthen student life initiatives.

You will work closely with faculty, staff, and student organizations to plan programs, communications, and documentation, while upholding confidentiality and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements programs and initiatives geared at improving student engagement and involvement outcomes at the program, department/division, or campus level.
• Interfaces directly with students, attending student life events and programs and gathering satisfaction feedback from student participants.
• Collaborates with staff in own department and other departments, often coordinating funding to sponsor student life initiatives.
• Measures and evaluates effectiveness of student life initiatives and prepares reports for stakeholders.
• Provides guidance to student organizations regarding operations, budgets, leadership, activities, recruitment, and policies.
