El Paso Community College is seeking an Academic Resource Specialist to provide instructional support in the Tutoring Centers and assist with day-to-day operations on campus. You will help with tutor scheduling, training, and promoting departmental services while maintaining student records and reporting.

The role requires strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to present information to students, staff, and the public.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Understanding of general office practices, computer literacy, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience providing effective customer service.
• Ability to interact with students, staff and the public.
• Ability to handle and solve daily challenges.
• Experience conducting presentations.
• Time management, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience supervising, training and guiding personnel.

• Provide instructional support to students and assist in Tutoring Centers.

• Develop promotional materials and manage mailing lists; conduct tutor orientation.
