Job summary

You will help develop workshops, integrate study strategies with coursework, and maintain accurate participation records, collaborating with faculty to enhance student success.

Requires high school diploma or GED and strong MS Office skills; CRLA certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college certificate or 30 college hours preferred.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team and with a diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational assistance to STEM students and tutoring.
• Assist in preparation of workshops and materials.
• Integrate study strategies with course content.
• Keep regular records of student participation and submit reports as required.
• Promote learning center services to students and staff.
