Job summary

Qualifications

• 1. Associate’s Degree and three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• NOTE: A copy of the transcript reflecting this required education MUST be submitted for consideration and reflect completed coursework and degrees conferred.
• 2. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• 3. Experience supervising, training, leading, and guiding personnel.
• 4. Effective time-management, organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
• 5. Experience developing and maintaining budgets within established constraints.
• 6. Experience with computer hardware and software equipment assigned in a laboratory setting and troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• 7. Experience with technical support and Information Technology quality control processes.
• 8. Ability to effectively use organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of laboratory facility services and inventory.
• Provide support to faculty, staff, and students; assist with instructional materials and lab components.
• Coordinate with instructional leadership to ensure academic and technical support; evaluate and implement learning materials.
• Develop and maintain an inventory system for instructional materials and equipment; may perform routine repair and maintenance.
