Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director for Campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems at the Devens campus in MA. You will lead the Lab informatics and benchtop software teams, drive validation, and ensure regulatory compliance across GxP and non-GxP operations.

You will collaborate with Quality, Research, Manufacturing, Engineering and enterprise teams to optimize laboratory workflows, data integrity, and system reliability while supporting site priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems team and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ validation and lifecycle management of laboratory software.
• Collaborate with Quality, Research, Manufacturing, Engineering and Digital Plant teams.
