Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director, Campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems to lead the Devens campus IT team responsible for laboratory informatics and benchtop instrument software. You will drive qualification, validation, and lifecycle management while ensuring regulatory compliance across GxP operations.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in LIMS/ELN/CDS/SDMS, with a focus on data integrity and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Proven leadership in managing laboratory informatics programs and benchtop systems.
• Experience with GMP, GxP, data integrity and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems team and drive KPI improvements.
• Manage IQ/OQ/PQ qualification and validation processes for software and lab instruments.
• Ensure compliance with USP, EP, ICH guidelines and audit readiness.
• Provide updates through project dashboards and cross-functional collaboration.
