Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service is seeking a dependable team member to support the culinary team as a dishwasher. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area, washing utensils and dishes, stocking supplies, and assisting with deliveries as needed.

The role requires standing for long periods (up to 8+ hours), lifting up to 50 pounds, and compliance with food safety standards and state/local regulations. Background check and certifications may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash kitchen utensils and dishes using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Put away clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Stock supplies in serving stations and related areas.
• Sweep and wash floors.
• Sort and remove trash to designated areas.
• Assist with basic food prep as needed by chefs.
• Assist in unloading deliveries.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
