Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at Columbia College. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality meals from scratch and ensuring food safety and proper storage.

Responsibilities include portion control, food preparation, and creative presentation. Must have at least one year of culinary experience in high-volume settings and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is required.
