Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced campus kitchen at Pearl River Community College. You will prepare high-quality meals, maintain portion control, and present dishes creatively in a high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes scratch cooking, food safety, and teamwork with motivated kitchen staff. Onsite, full-time employment with opportunities for personal growth and development.

Competenze

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
