Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced campus kitchen at Cochise College. You will work with a motivated staff, focusing on quality meals, scratch cooking, and efficient service in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include portion control, food preparation, creative presentation, proper storage, and strict adherence to food safety policies and recipes. A passion for quality and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify food items accurately.
• Customer service experience is required.
