Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electronics or computer technology; related work experience may substitute.
• One year experience in computer repair or related field.
• Exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
• Ability to establish professional relationships with diverse individuals.
• Knowledge of current software applications.
• Valid Iowa Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers and peripherals campus-wide.
• Maintain records of warranty failures for compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance on computers and peripheral equipment.
• Support operation of technology equipment and related software.
• Other duties as assigned.
