Job summary

Kiewit Technology Group is seeking a Campus Technician to deliver on-site and remote IT support for Kiewit employees in Houston. You will act as a unified escalation contact and help enforce IT policies to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

The role requires self-direction, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks, with travel to The Woodlands as needed. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 40+ lbs. and walk for extended periods.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote technical support to Kiewit employees, subsidiaries, partners, and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for enterprise and desktop applications.
• Respond to assigned support tickets in a timely manner.
• Research and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Escalate issues that could impact production or service delivery to the appropriate individuals.
• Accurately document trouble tickets in accordance with department policies and procedures.
• Provide on-site and remote client support.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, team members, and department contacts.
• Deliver high-quality customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Prioritize and organize work to meet goals, requirements, and deadlines.
• Prepare conference rooms for large meetings and troubleshoot office AV systems as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
