Job summary

San Juan College seeks a versatile Workstation Support Analyst to provide entry to advanced technical backend support for computer labs, classrooms, and end users. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining equipment, assisting with incident response, and ensuring devices are ready for deployment.

The role requires collaboration with IT teams and end-users, strong communication, and adherence to campus policies. Evening/weekend shifts may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cyber incident response planning and coverage as needed.
• Translate technical information between IT teams and customers.
• Protect, handle and secure confidential information.
• Document and maintain procedures, changes, project statuses and training materials.
• Collaborate with end-users to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with Help Desk Coverage.
• Coordinate special projects as assigned.
• Perform related duties as required.
