Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with computer labs or classroom technology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support computer labs, laptops, classrooms, and end users.
• Provide first-line IT support and incident response as needed.
• Document procedures, changes, and resolutions for future reference.
• Coordinate with student workers and assist in lab operations.
