Familiarity with ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and basic device deployment tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technology support to students, faculty, and staff across multiple channels.
Document, prioritize, and track support requests; create knowledge base resources.
Assist with device deployment, inventory, asset management, and classroom technology support.
Collaborate with IT staff to resolve issues and support campus technology projects.
