The College of Coastal Georgia is seeking a Student Assistant - IT Helpdesk to support campus technology needs at CCGA Main Campus in Brunswick. This part-time role provides hands-on IT support, customer service, and clerical tasks within the Technology Services department.

The position requires enrollment in at least 6 credit hours, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at all times.
• May not be employed in more than one job at a time on campus.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license to operate a campus golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service and technical duties as assigned
• Run errands as specified by supervisor
• Assist with special projects
• May need to drive a campus golf cart to carry equipment
• Perform related work as required.
