Job summary

Collegis Education is seeking an IT Support Specialist based at Caldwell University to deliver hands-on technology support for students, faculty, and staff. You will maintain a mixed PC and Mac environment, troubleshoot telecom and networking issues, and support AV setups for meetings and events.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Windows/Mac support, AD/365 administration, and a collaborative mindset. On-site role requiring occasional after-hours coverage and travel to remote sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Two‑year degree or higher preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft, CompTIA A+, or other technical certificates desired.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems in a corporate or campus environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technology support to students, faculty, and staff across campus.
• Support PC, Mac, servers, LAN, software, end-user, and AV technology needs.
• Maintain documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Participate in after-hours support and on-site outages as needed.
• Develop SOPs and maintain knowledgebase content with IT teams.
