New York Institute of Technology, Jonesboro campus, is seeking part-time IT helpdesk support to assist with device troubleshooting, user support, and audio/video equipment during on-site operations. You will work with Windows, Mac, and iOS devices and respond to ticketed requests.

The role supports live events and general campus IT services, requiring strong communication and the ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting Windows, Mac, or iOS devices.
• Basic understanding of audio/video components and networking.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Excellent communication with diverse faculty, staff, and students.
• Part-time availability 10–20 hours per week, Mon–Fri 7am–5pm CST, with occasional weekends.

Aufgaben

• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of network, telecommunications, and audio/video equipment
• Provide tier-1 support to faculty, staff, and students with desktop, laptop, mobile, and other technology devices
• Data entry and processing
• Inventory and asset maintenance
• Ticketing and helpdesk assignment and response
• Technology support during live events
• Other duties as assigned
