Montgomery College, Rockville Campus, is seeking an IT Support Specialist in the Office of Information Technology. The role provides front-line user support for campus technology, multimedia, and conferencing during a 5-day/40-hour work week.

This position requires an Associate degree and 3 years of frontline IT support experience in education, with strong AV and Intune/MDM knowledge. You will deploy images, support labs and classrooms, manage tickets, and assist with on-site and remote

• Associate degree in information systems, media or educational technology, or related field.
• Three years of frontline technical support experience in educational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote support for PC hardware, mobile devices, OS, apps, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware; troubleshoot issues.
• Set up and maintain AV hardware for classrooms and labs; support videoconferencing and digital signage.
