Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8 years of IS experience.
• 4 years in a supervisory capacity of programming or technical support staff required, OR 12 years with 4 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT infrastructure solutions aligned with critical health system processes.
• Ensure end-to-end availability of storage, network, servers, and middleware.
• Oversee infrastructure projects and budgets, and manage Technical Services staff.
• Ensure licenses, maintenance and service agreements are in force.
