Job summary

Inspire Communities is seeking a Director of IT Operations in Colorado to lead the IT operations function, including networking, helpdesk, systems administration, asset management, and security. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct oversight of a small team and external vendors.

You will plan, organize, and deliver projects, while ensuring high availability and excellent service to community staff and partners.

Demonstrated execution excellence with attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a 3-person IT Operations team in a hands-on role.
Oversee end-user hardware, software deployment, and endpoint management.
Architect and maintain enterprise server and cloud environments (Azure).
Manage network security, switches, routers, and firewalls to protect the environment.
Direct telecommunications and vendor relationships to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Oversee IT asset management, licensing, renewals, and compliance.
Lead IT projects from business case through operational handoff and drive automation.
