Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks a Field Service Representative to support IT infrastructure on the George Mason University campus, combining strong customer service with hands‑on hardware and software work. You’ll install and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals, manage Windows and Mac environments, handle tickets, perform basic network tasks, and coordinate with vendors and end users.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years Windows and/or Mac OS hardware and software support.
• 1 to 3 years of help desk experience in a medium to large scale environment.
• Microsoft Office support, including Outlook/Exchange and SharePoint Online support, Google G‑Suite, Zoom, Schoology, and others.
