Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Director of Sales with phone inquiries, tours, lead management, and customer questions. This role is part of the campus Sales & Growth Team, focusing on converting inquiries into move-ins.

You will work with the CSR and Executive Director, maintain the CRM, and help plan events, ensuring tours are ready and the campus presents a welcoming first impression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process with a focus on move-ins and private pay.
• Generates admissions through referrals and inquiry follow-up using CRM.
• Responds to referrals and inquiries promptly; CRM management.
• Supports move-in activities and communicates with campus team.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes campus events and tours.
• Ensures campus is tour-ready with marketing collateral and setup.
• Answers multi-line phone system professionally and directs callers.
