Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Sylvania, OH, seeks a Sales Associate to join the campus Sales & Growth Team. You will assist the Director of Sales with phones, tours, data and leads, and customer inquiries to support admissions growth.

You will drive the sales process, cultivate referrals, manage CRM, and collaborate with CSR and Executive Director to meet daily metrics while maintaining a welcoming campus presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and conversion to move-in percentages for overall census with a focus on private pay.
• Generates admissions through referrals and advances inquiry sales through follow-up and closing in CRM.
• Responds to referrals and inquiries promptly with proper follow-up and CRM management.
• Supports welcoming new customer standards and move-in communications and paperwork.
• Assists with planning and executing campus events and move-in activities.
• Ensures campus is tour-ready with marketing collateral and tour stations; conducts tours as part of the team.
• Answers multi-line phone system promptly and directs callers appropriately.
