Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, Liberty Township campus, is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Director of Sales by handling phones, guiding tours, and managing data and leads in the CRM. You’ll contribute to admissions through referrals and inquiries while assisting with move-in activities and campus events.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of relevant experience. This position is on site at Liberty Township, OH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and the conversion to move-in percentages with a focus on private pay.
• Generates admissions through referral partnerships and advancing inquiry sales via follow-up and closing, using the CRM.
• Responds to referrals/inquiries promptly, with timely follow-up and CRM management.
• Supports welcoming new customer standards and communicates move-in activities to campus team.
• Assists with planning, coordinating, and executing campus events including Senior Executive Club and community events.
• Ensures campus is tour ready with marketing collateral, tour path, and tour stations; conducts tours as part of the team.
• Answers a multi-line phone system in a prompt, courteous, professional manner and directs callers appropriately
