Responsibilities

• Executes sales process and contributes to move-ins with a focus on converting inquiries.
• Generates admissions through referral partnerships and inquiry follow-up.
• Responds promptly to referrals and inquiries, maintains CRM records.
• Supports campus move-in activities and welcomes new customers.
• Plans and executes campus events and manages tour readiness.
• Conducts campus tours and guides prospective residents and families.
